★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 毎年、インフルエンザの注射を打ってます。永山医院の先生や看護士さんの対応力の素晴らしさには、頭が下がりますね。特定健康診断の予約を聞いた時に、嫌な対応せずに説明してくれたのは助かりましたね。永山医院の皆さんの患者さん目線に立っては、他の病院に見習ってほしいですね。これだと、高齢者の方々には 有難いと思いますね。
I get a flu shot every year. I'm struck by how wonderful the responsiveness of the teachers and nurses at Nagayama Clinic is. When I heard about the appointment for a specific medical examination, it was helpful for me to explain it without any unpleasant response. From the patient's perspective of Nagayama Clinic, I would like other hospitals to follow suit. I would like to thank the elderly for this.
