「いらっしゃいませ」を誰一人として言わない。
次店長の対応は上からものを言う感じで、とても嫌な気持ちなった。
チェーン店だからなのでしょうか。
写真代は、勉強代として2度と行かないと思いました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 履歴書の撮影に初めて行ったら次店長に嫌な対応をされ、面倒くさそうに上から目線でものを言ってきた。撮影時はアドバイスなどもなく綺麗に撮ってもらえなかった。他の店員もいらっしゃいませなど挨拶なし最悪な対応。これだったら自販機で撮った方がまし。二度と行きません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一眼レフ持っていた頃、よくお世話になりした。
城跡公園のとなりにあり、立地条件は最高です。
中古カメラやレンズもたしょうあります。
店内は綺麗で明るく綺麗です！
証明写真や子供の写真撮影などが、
横にスペースがあり、スタッフの元気な掛け声がよく聞こえますね。
駐車場は、休日でもそこまで困らないかと
おもいます。ダメな時は城跡公園から歩いていけばよいのでしょうかね
店員の対応は、人によりますね、、
一人、冷たく接客するスタッフがいて
凄く嫌になりました。
一眼レフについて相談をしに行ったのに、
それくらい分からないのと言う感じで
あしらわれました。それ以来、使ってません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 細身の長身男性の説明態度、全くなってない！パソコン操作を教える時、立った状態。相手を見下ろした姿勢じゃ駄目だろう。(コロナなので距離をとってます、ってか)。あと口の聞き方が人を小馬鹿にしたようにしゃべる。こんなことも知らないのか・・感がダダ漏れ。人手不足でせめて頭数合わせなのかな？
せっかく女性スタッフのみなさんが好印象なのに残念な店舗です。スタッフの指名制度導入やグッドスタッフアンケートでもしてみてはいかがですか。
