迪塾の卒業生です。私は高校入学と同時に大手の他塾に通いはじめました。週に2日程学校よりも進んだ勉強をするのですっかり勉強をした気になっていました。ただ、肝心な学校の勉強が疎かになっていたので定期テストや模試であまり点数が取れていませんでした。そこで高校2年の秋から迪塾に通うようになりました。迪塾では自分がどうしたいかという目的にどのような手段を取るべきかを一緒に考えて下さる先生がいるので自分のやるべきことがわかりました。特に苦手だった数学はまず徹底的にに基礎をインプットするようにしたことでテストの点数が40点ほど上がったのを今でも覚えています。そのおかげで模試などの応用にも手が届くようになりました。迪塾は勉強のやる気はあるけどどのように計画を立てたらよいかわからないなど、手段に困っている人に合っていると思います。

I'm a graduate of Aoi Juku. As soon as I entered high school, I started attending other major cram schools. I was really interested in studying about 2 days a week. However, because the study at the important school was neglected, I could not get a lot of points in the regular tests and trials. So I started going to Kashiwa Juku since the fall of my second year of high school. I learned what I should do because there is a teacher who considers what kind of measures should be taken for the purpose of what I want to do at the school. I still remember that the mathematics, which I was not particularly good at, has increased my test score by about 40 points by first thoroughly inputting the basics. Thanks to that, it has become possible to reach applications such as imitations. I think that Jukujuku is suitable for people who are motivated to study, but don't know how to make plans.

迪塾講師経験者です。私は複数の塾で講師経験がありますが、迪塾と他塾で大きな違いがあると感じる部分は「生徒の自立学習」が中心であるという点です。主に講師と相談の上で生徒自身がタスクを設定し、教科書や参考書を使って学習していくというスタイルを取っています(自分で分からない部分は講師に質問して理解します)。定期テストに向けてテスト範囲の予習と復習を徹底して行うため、全科目について成績向上を目指せます。解法や重要なポイントを教えもらうことは他塾でも可能ですが、それを定着にまで導くマネジメントを行っているという点で大きな違いを感じました。参考書や教科書を自力で読む力は基本的には必要ですが、迪塾のスタイルに合った生徒さんはかなりの成績向上が見込めると思います。

We will aim to improve the grades for all subjects in order to thoroughly prepare and review the test area for the regular test. It is possible for other cram schools to teach you how to solve and important points, but I felt a big difference in that I am managing to bring it to the establishment. Basically, you need to be able to read reference books and textbooks by yourself, but I think that students who are suitable for the style of the school are expected to improve significantly.
