お刺身がとても美味しいでした。
あと大根の煮たのと、ポテトサラダで少し物足りない感じかな。
I used it at lunch.
Sashimi was very delicious.
I also simmered in daikon radish, I feel a little unsatisfactory with potato salad.

静岡出身なのにこの地に愛着を感じお店を構えた有名な料理の先生のお店。
また来たくなる量を提供してくれる妙味が素晴らしく勉強させて頂きました。
クリームチーズの粕漬け、子持ししゃもの南蛮漬け、かぐら南蛮味噌から始まり、菊花大根、鰹とタコ、鰯の塩辛で作ったソースのピザ、揚げのどぐろ、昆布を練り込んだ細いうどん等。ピザに石垣島のラー油をかけて食すのもぴったりでした。
茗荷を輪切りにしてお刺身に載せるのも良いですね。
"Shunsai Kappo Biraju"
A famous cooking teacher's shop that was born in Shizuoka but felt attached to this place and set up a shop.
I also studied wonderfully the deliciousness that provides the amount that makes me want to come again.
Starting with cream cheese pickled in lees, shishamo pickled in Nanban, Kagura Nanban miso, chrysanthemum radish, bonito and octopus, pizza with sauce made from salted sardines, fried udon noodles, fine udon noodles kneaded with kelp, etc. It was perfect to sprinkle pizza with chili oil from Ishigaki Island.
It is also good to slice the Japanese ginger into slices and put it on the sashimi.

日本酒の品揃えもなかなかでした。
I used it for a small party, but I was relieved that the infection control was in place.
