★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liebe Österreicher: hier, jawohl genau hier, liegt die wahre Messlatte fürs Wiener Schnitzel. Es heißt bloß anders, nämlich Tonkatsu, und ist aus Schwein. Macht aber nix, weil in Japan die Schweine besser schmecken als in Europa die Kälber.
Cari Italiani: questo é il luogo dove la cotoletta milanese fú proprio invento. Qui si chiama tonkatsu pero. Si, sono scherzando, ma quando siete qua, provate uno. Non dovete rimpiangere!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつもは美味しくいただいてますが、8/29購入のラムと塩ホルモンのうち、塩ホルモンが塩味が尖っていてキツイ感じなのを我慢して食べたら、その晩に見事に食あたりで夫婦で朝まで下痢と嘔吐を繰り返しました。
塩味がキツかったのは多分漬かりすぎで、その分古かったのだと思います。
気を付けていただきたいと思います。
