春	春辺 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 窓口の「勝又」って言う女性スタッフの対応、説明が不足過ぎて都度説明が無くて、何回も何回も。言い訳はハッキリ言う割に対応悪すぎ。次から次へと１日に何回も足運ぶほど市民は暇じゃ無いんだから、理解できていないならちゃんとわかる人が窓口に立ってもらいたいもんですね。そもそも電話で聞いた市民課の職員と窓口で対応した勝又の言ってる事が異なっている時点でかなり問題。 The response and explanation of the female staff member "Katsumata" at the counter was too short to explain each time, so many times. D	Disinfection on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一般的な証明書をとる市民課だけでなく、子育て支援課、社会福祉課、税務課、建設課等々、他の課の方々もみんな親切丁寧で見習わなければ、と思わせられます。天童市民の優しさ、温かさが伝わります。困った事があったら丁寧に説明してくださり、年配の方々にも優しく話されてるのを見かけます。ここでの対応はとても温かいです。 Not only the Citizens' Section, which takes a general certificate, but also the Child-rearing Support Section, Social Welfare Section, Tax Section, Construction Section, etc., all of the other sections must be kind and polite.
