ランチの特製天丼を頂きました。
おいしかったです。
ただ、海老が少しかたかったです。
それにしても、コスパはいいです。
 It's been a long time in Oita.

店内に入ると年配の熟練したご主人がカウンター越しで天ぷらを揚げていました。
竹定食(1700円)をお願いしてみました。
赤出汁にご飯はお替り自由！
ホタテ、エビ、かき揚げ、ナス、シイタケ、穴子、キスと美味しかったです。
次回チャンスがあれば天丼を食べようと思います。

When I entered the store, an elderly master had fried tempura over the counter.
I asked for a bamboo set meal (1700 yen).
Rice is free to substitute for Akade soup!
It was delicious with scallops, shrimp, kakiage, eggplant, shiitake mushroom, conger eel, kiss.
If there is a chance next time, I will eat Tengu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 梅定食を頂きました。優しそうなご主人が１つ１つを丁寧に注文してから揚げてくれます。油はカラッとして食べやすかったです。白ご飯も美味しかったです。
I had a plum set meal. The gentle husband will carefully order each one and then fried it. The oil was crispy and easy to eat. The white rice was also delicious.

まずはサラダから提供されました。
コクのあるドレッシングが美味しいです。
その後天ぷら盛り合わせが運ばれてきました。
油っぽさがなく塩でもタレでも美味しい。
タレは甘すぎず、上品な感じで好みです。
大根おろしがたっぷり別皿に盛られるのもうれしい。
その後ご飯、味噌汁、漬物もお願いしました。
ご飯も単体で十分美味しい、漬物の塩加減もグットです。
味噌汁は蜆の味噌汁でした。
最後にかきあげが出てきたので、ご飯をおかわりしてかきあげ丼にしていただきました。
〆のスイカも初物でとても甘く美味しかったです。

Miso soup was a clam miso soup.
At the end, the kakiage came out, so I had the rice replaced with a kakiage bowl.
The watermelon of 〆 was also the first one and it was very sweet and delicious.

揚げたての天ぷらを食べられて贅沢の極み。
土地柄、お値段もお安く設定されているので、何だか得した気分になりますよ。

しっかり仕事をされた、美味しい天ぷら。薄い衣で、もたれません。かき揚げには、えび、小柱、ハス。小さいながらも、カリッと、ふわっ。かなり、お年をめしたご夫婦で、やっているようです。いつまでも、頑張ってほしい！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In late January 2020, I walked the length of the Shinnakagawa (新中川) river and stopped at Tenpura Tenyabu (天婦羅の天やぶ) for a restorative luncheon break. It was a cool day so I also ordered some hot sake to warm my soul.
The luncheon teishoku was beautifully presented and delicious. The restaurant was not very crowded. The ambiance was soothing and almost meditative. I can hardly wait until my next visit.
