H	Hitoshi Konaka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 旧西国街道沿いに鎮座しています。かなりの歴史がある神社らしいのですが、それにしては鳥居が新しそう、と思っていたら…。平成7年(1995年)1月の「阪神・淡路大震災」によってそれまであった鳥居が倒壊し、同年に再建されたということでした。よく見ると、新しい鳥居の横に、江戸時代の建立とされる古い鳥居の一部(石柱)が建っていました。あの時の凄まじい揺れや被害状況を思い出すとともに、わずか半年後には鳥居が再建されたということから、この天神社に対する地元の方々の想いを感じることができました。 It sits along the old Saigoku Kaido.
