The name is the minimum required. It is a shrine of Tenjin faith. The precincts are relatively large, but it feels a little lonely. The main shrine was small but full-scale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 祭神は伊邪那岐尊・伊邪那美尊。元はすぐ西の天神山にあったが風雨で破損し、明治になって現在地へ移転。
江戸時代には梅烟宮（北野天満宮より勧請）と天神宮があったそうです。
詳しいことは京田辺市の郷土史会誌「筒城」62号・63号に記載があります。
The deities are Izanagi and Izanami. Originally located on Mt. Tenjin in the west, it was damaged by the wind and rain and moved to the present location in the Meiji era.
In the Edo period, there were Umenomiya (solicited by Kitano Tenmangu) and Tenjingu.
