It's the perfect spot for Hinata Bocco to see Tokyo Tower up close. It seems that the unusual red object was requested by sculptor Takeyoshi Inoue as part of an art project by Minato Ward.

A few minutes walk from Kamiyacho Station, near Shiba Water Supply Park and the Dutch Embassy. The red object seems to be an environmental sculpture commissioned by Minato Ward to sculptor Bukichi Inoue of the art project. It is a green space that makes you forget the hustle and bustle of the city with few vehicles passing by. There is no playground equipment and there is a bench.
