r	riko riko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 広々とした綺麗なビルです。私が訪れた時はコスプレイヤーの方々の撮影日だったようで、日本、海外から沢山のコスプレイヤーがカメラ片手に館内をところ狭しとポーズを撮っていました。展望台に上がっても景色を眺めるよりコスプレイヤーさんが気になってしまいました(笑) It is a spacious and beautiful building. It seemed that it was the day when the cosplayers visited when I visited, and many cosplayers from Japan and abroad were taking poses with the camera in one hand, narrowing the inside of the hall. Even if I went up to the observatory, I was more interested in cosplayers than watching the scenery (laugh)

There's also an observatory in the east tower of the bay area (need to pay). This is sometimes used as a filming location but it is mainly an office building so no other attractions.
