f	foxyun chaso (foxyun) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 年配のご夫婦で切り盛りされています。カウンター6～7席の小上がり4人。料理は主にご主人が担当。値段が昭和のままでこれで良いのかと思ってしまいます。ハンチャンラーメンが人気な様ですが、カツ丼、酢豚定食なども美味しいです。麺類はあっさりで素朴です。昭和40年ごろの開業で、ご主人はもう80歳を過ぎたとの事でした。大きな声で注文してください。車は店の前と脇に1台づつ計2台は停められます。なお夏は暑いです（笑） It is arranged by an elderly couple. 4 small people with 6 to 7 seats at the counter. t	transistorights on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 引越を機にほとんど行けなくなっていた銘店に久々訪問です。心のベストテン第一位の半チャンラーメン¥600をいただきました。約2年前と比較してチャーハンもラーメンも色あいが少し変わっていました。味には大きな変化はなく、満足満腹のひとときでしたが、どこかに少し不穏なものを感じました。よく見ると大将の表情が暗めです。我慢できず無礼な声がけをしてしまいました。「お父さーん！少し老けちゃいましたかー！」「そりゃ80も過ぎたらねぇ」久しぶりに少しニヒルで優しい笑顔が見れて一安心。車の運転を控えることにしたお話、家にいても無為な時間を過ごしてしまうだけだからお店に出続けているというお話、そんな世間話をしているうちにお父さんの表情が少しずつ和らいで行く様子がはっきり見てとれ、ふた安心。そういえばお母さんの姿が見えません。「お母さんはお元気ですかー！」「こないだケガしてねぇ」少しお休みされて、でも今はたまにお店に出るくらいに回復されたとのこと。3安心。「すっかり歳をとってしまってお客さんの名前も覚えていないけどもなんだかすいませんねぇ」と退店時にはいつもの優しい笑顔で玄関まで見送りしてくださいました。とても令和時代とは思えない、美しい街中華の完成形が味わえる稀有な銘店です。 2021/05 It's been a while since I visited a famous store that I could hardly go to when I moved.
