k	kt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オフありのワンカラーを予約していました。予約の段階で特に確認もされなかったので時間通りにお伺いしたところ、オフのパーツが多いから時間を変更しないと施術できないと言われ、提示された時間も本来の予約時間の数時間後でこちらも予定があったため結局キャンセルせざるを得ない状況でした。パーツは片手に2本ずつしかついていなくてそんなに時間がかかるのかなと思いましたが、今の時間はどうしても無理ですね〜という感じですぐに謝罪もなく、気分も悪かったので諦めてお店を出ました。(いつも同じくらいのパーツですが他店では多いと言われたことがなかったです。) 私も予約の時点でパーツオフも大丈夫かどうか確認すべきだったかとは思いますが、もう少し丁寧に対応しくれてもよかったのにと思います。結局すぐに他のサロンも見つかられるはずも無く、どうしてもネイルを変えたい予定があったのですが諦めました。店舗まで行ったのに最悪の気分です。悲しすぎる。二度と行きません。 I booked one color with off.
