★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大切にしていたスタンドライトの支柱が折れてしまい、溶接をお願いしようと初来店致しましたところ、支柱にネジ切りをして丁寧に綺麗に修理して頂けました。
この様な修理をお願い出来るところは他にはあてがなかったため、本当にありがたかったです。
何かあったらまた、お願いしたいと思います。

取り付け工賃は割安かと思います。
また、バイクを預けたときに時間を使えるお店や温泉なども近くにあるので、気楽にお願いできます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とにかく対応が丁寧で、作業も手早くやってくれます。94年式のスティード、俗に言う旧車バイクの整備をお願いしましたが、やはりプロなので手っ取り早くかつ正確にやってくれました。
また、旧車のパーツ供給のことや日常メンテナンス、チェーンスプロケやエンジンのことなどの専門的なことについても素人に分かりやすく説明してくれまして、「ここなら任せたい」と思えるお店です。30分ほどかかってしまうような数多くの質問にも嫌な顔せず丁寧に、かつ無料で答えてくれました。夜遅くにも関わらずです。
今まで接してきたどのバイク屋さんよりも好感が持てる対応で、ほんとに心地よかったです。
工賃割引制度もありますので、ほんとにオススメのお店です。これからも存分に利用したいなと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 口コミが良かったので行ってみたら最悪でした。今回は勉強代だと思って支払いはしましたが、もう自分の大切なバイクのこんなところでお願いするのは嫌なのでもう利用はしません。

予約は3週間先とのことでした。
大した作業じゃない(リヤブレーキ清掃)ので、それなら自分でやってます。
出先で工具を持ち合わせておらず、急ぎだったため、そのあと和光2りんかん相談に行ったら、待ち時間含めて1時間足らずで作業完了していただけました。
タイミングが悪かったのか、ただやりたくなかったのかはわかりませんが、口コミの好評価(サクラ？と疑いたくなるような極端な評価)はアテにならなかったようです。

I don't know if the timing was bad or if I just didn't want to do it, but it seems that the favorable reviews (extreme ratings that make me wonder if it's Sakura?) Didn't make sense.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2りんかん等パーツ量販店でのメンテナンス料やパーツ代を比べるとかなり高額だと思いました。また預かりの日数も結構かかります。
社長や店長などスタッフはとても丁寧に対応してくれます。
ほぼ年中無休で夜遅くまで営業してるので、緊急修理にはおすすめ！

このご時世に許可なく車両の写真をブログにアップしたり
『◯◯を提案しましたがオーナーの意向で△△に～(そんな提案は一切受けてない)』みたいな
大幅に話を盛られた内容を書かれると気分が悪いですね・・・。
作業自体は概ね問題なかったですが
細かなミス×2もありましたし
(店員の方はヘラヘラした感じでした)、
ホームページを見て
良さそうと思い行きましたが、
よほど近くに引っ越しでもしない限りは２度目はないかなぁという感じです。
