★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 無能な上長が多い。まともな教育プログラムもないし、教育も現場に丸投げ。部署によって差が激しい。派遣の時給は高いが色々黒い噂が出てくるし、仕事するには不安しかない。正直将来性が見えない。

仕事は色んな意味でキツイです(^^;が、やりがいはありましたよ♪
田舎なので周りに娯楽はありません。
セブンイレブンが近くにあります。
隣の茨城県から来てる方が多いです。
時給は高めです。

The work is tough in many ways (^^; but it was rewarding ♪
Since it is a countryside, there is no entertainment around.
Seven-Eleven is nearby.
Many people come from the neighboring Ibaraki prefecture.

上司と現場の人のやり方(もしくは考え方)が違くてどちらに従えば良いのかがわからない。
正直個人的には働きづらい環境です……。
About 70% of people did not respond even if they greeted me from the first work. I see this for a moment, but it is ignored.
I don't know which one to follow because the way (or way of thinking) of the boss and the person in the field is different.
To be honest, it's a difficult environment to work in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 職場や受け持ちの装置、ラインによる格差が酷すぎる。
仕事が出来る人間はどんどん仕事が増えて、常にバタバタしなければならない。それも、すぐ近くで暇そうに壁にもたれてる他の人間を横目に。
他のレビューでもある通り、派遣が社員を教えるのも当たり前で、とてもまともな教育体制ではない、
給料単価は高め。仕事出来ない人間が楽な職場に配属になれば天国なのかな。
それだけ。
The disparity between the workplace, the equipment used, and the line is too severe.
People who can work have more and more jobs and must constantly flap. It's also close to other humans who are leaning against the wall in their free time.
As is also the case in other reviews, it is natural that dispatching teaches employees, and it is not a very decent education system.
The salary unit price is high. It would be heaven if people who couldn't work were assigned to comfortable workplaces.
