★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 三和住宅さんの仲介物件に4年ほど住んでいます。問題がなければ殆ど関わることは無いのですが、物件、敷地内等トラブルがあると厄介です。
先日階下への水漏れ(経年劣化によるものでこちらに非はない)があった際も、階下の人と予定の日が会わないから工事が出来ないとだいぶ放置された挙句、工事が遅れたのもこちらのせいではないのに、階下の人が迷惑を被っていると完全にこちらが加害者であるという発言をされとても腹が立ちました。
物件を借りる人があってこそのお仕事ですよね。しかも三和さんは大家さんからお願いされてお金でそのお仕事をなさっているわけですよね。何故偉そうなのか謎です。従業員全員がそうとは言いませんが、実際態度が悪い偉そうな人が居ますのでなるべく関わらないで済むよう静かに生活していきたいです。
賃貸契約を検討されている方の参考になればと思います。
I have lived in Sanwa Housing's brokerage property for about 4 years. If there is no problem, there is almost no involvement, but if there is a problem with the property, premises, etc., it is troublesome.
Even when there was a water leak downstairs the other day (due to deterioration over time, there is nothing wrong with this), the construction was delayed because the construction could not be done because the person downstairs did not meet the scheduled date. It wasn't my fault, but when the people downstairs were inconvenienced, I was very angry when I was told that I was the perpetrator.
It's a job only if there is a person who rents the property. Moreover, Mr. Sanwa is doing the work with money at the request of the landlord. It is a mystery why it looks great. Not all employees say so, but in reality there are people who look bad and look great, so I want to live quietly so that I don't get involved as much as possible.
