も	もちオリーブ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 予約していた「みずのいろ」を買いにいきました。繊細というかお上品というか…美味しいお菓子というより素敵なお菓子です。贈答にすると喜ばれると思います。他にも何か買いたかったのですが、ゆっくり店内を見れる雰囲気でなかったのが残念だった分をマイナスしています。お味について誤解を招きそうな表現でしたので、以下追加させていただきます。繊細ながらもそれぞれの味がしっかり活かされておりました。間違いなく美味しいです。ただ単純に美味しいとだけの表現では追いつかず、私の中では素敵なお菓子としての位置づけです。また機会がありましたら他のお菓子も試してみたいと思います。 I went to buy the reserved "Mizu no Iro". U	Urayama Toshiko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gw中に旦那と電車で大垣の街を散策に出かけました。自分は何度かお店の前を通ってるんですが旦那は初めてでした。帰り駅へ向かう途中でお邪魔して旦那が何やらお買上塩大福・ブッセ・カキショコラ３枚入７００円カキショコラは柿羊羹とチョコがコーティング羊羹よりチョコの勝ちぃ～でした。お高いんですね！ブッセは冷凍されてて保冷剤を入れて頂き持ち帰りましたがキメが細かくて美味しかったです。お店の建物の外観もお見事ですね。岐阜の建造物の何とかに指定されてたと思います。玄関前に小さなプレートが貼ってました。ご馳走様です（2021/5/3 訪問） I went for a walk in the city of Ogaki by train with my husband during Golden Week. 純	純米吟醸 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 御菓子つちや俵町本店。大垣には、老舗和菓子屋がいくつかあります。その中のひとつ、御菓子つちや。創業は1775年の超老舗で、最近では見た目がとっても綺麗な「みずのいろ」が有名となりましたが、昔っから柿羊羹が人気のお店です。今回もそんな柿羊羹を購入する為伺いました。お店があるのは、大垣城の少し南、一方通行ばかりの俵町にあります。もちろん店の前も一方通行。西から入ってきます。駐車場があるのですが、奥に細長いつくりなので、出入りは大変です。この日は知人へのお土産に柿羊羹を購入。この柿羊羹は、干し柿作りから始まり、その干し柿をペースト状にして寒天と砂糖を混ぜ、竹の容器に入れて作られています。なので、干し柿の凝縮された甘さを味わうことができます。これが柿好きにはたまらない。他にも柿を使った御菓子や、水饅頭、ちょっと変わった御菓子もあって面白いお店です。 Sweets Tsuchiya Tawaramachi Main Store.
