二	二分 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (2015/07 訪問) 以下を注文しました。・みかんサイダー・シマアジのカルパッチョ・紫芋の冷製スープ・カサゴのアクアパッツァ・ボロネーゼ上記にアミューズが付きます。アミューズは白きゅうりのマリネ、なんとか鶏のムース(バケットのせ)でした。白きゅうりのマリネは、玉ねぎをスライスしたものが載っています。結構酸っぱいですが美味しいです。ムースはふわっとしています。バケットにも合います。美味しい。シマアジのカルパッチョは今回一番美味しかったです。口に含めるとまずフルーツのソース(りんごかな)の味がきて、次に塩気がきて、噛んでいるとシマアジの旨味がくるという凝った作りになっています。紫芋の冷製スープはグラスで提供されました。ソルティドッグのようにグラスの口に塩が塗ってあります。ちょっと塩がきついのが残念ですが、面白いスープです。アクアパッツァは、あさり、トマト、オリーブが入っており、出汁の効いたスープになっています。メインのカサゴはムニエルのようになっていて、スープに合っています。ボロネーゼはこれまでの料理と比べると普通でした。平打パスタがいまいち。スパゲティの方が好きです。 (Visit 2015/07) I ordered the following: ・ Mikan Cider ・ Carpaccio of striped jack ・ Cold purple potato soup ・ Aqua pazza of scorpion fish ・ Bolognese Amuse is attached to the above.
