I finally found the information board for the ruins of Tatsuta Castle. Good view in the direction of Mt. Shigi.

ロープの網や吊り橋、滑り台がついた遊具が1つと普通の滑り台がある。北側の細い階段を抜けると竜田川に出られる。
A plaza with playground equipment in Tatsuta Park.
There is a rope net, a suspension bridge, one playground equipment with a slide, and an ordinary slide. You can reach the Tatsuta River by going through the narrow stairs on the north side.
