★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話予約しようとするといっぱいですと断られました。かかりつけの歯医者なのに。ここ二三回は予約しようとすると断れています。腕が良い先生なのに残念です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話の対応が最低です。受け答えもだるそうで、とても不愉快だったため、初診で予約をお願いするつもりでしたが、その場で辞めました。先生の腕はどうだか知りませんが、電話対応があれだけ雑では患者は逃げます。受付の教育をきちんとされてはどうですか。

治療が雑です。
状態の良い差し歯の被せ物だけを取る作業なのに、被せ物をしっかり削らないで引っ張ったせいでコアから抜けてしまいました。
根っこが割れてしまうか、抜けてしまうような力で引っ張られ、痛かったし時間も掛かった結果がコレです。謝罪もなかった。
次回また型を取ってコアから作り直しで、時間と治療費が余分に掛かります。

This is the result of being pulled by a force that causes the roots to crack or come off, which was painful and took a long time. There was no apology.
Next time, I will take the mold again and remake it from the core, which will take extra time and treatment cost.
