★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 施術がいつもの担当者ではなかったのですが、パーマでは毛先が折れた状態で巻いている、パーマやトリートメント、カラーなどコース値段の説明もなく支払いの際、料金に驚く、ブローもしてくれず綺麗になる為に美容室へ行ったのにショックで腹は立つし、帰って直ぐにシャンプーをしました。
施術のコースや値段など施術前に説明確認をするのが当たり前だと思うのですが、顧客だからと説明をとばしたのでしょうか？それにしても不親切だと思います。トリートメントもシャンプー台で普通にトリートメントを付けて直ぐ流すだけの物で５０００円以上していました。
ヘッドスパの料金か！とおもうぐらい。
とにかく対応が不誠実でした。

I went to the beauty salon to get clean, but I was shocked and angry, so I shampooed immediately after returning.
I think it is natural to check the explanation of the treatment course and price before the treatment, but did you skip the explanation because it was a customer? Even so, I think it's unfriendly. The treatment was just a shampoo stand with a normal treatment and it was flushed immediately, and it cost more than 5,000 yen.
Is it the price of the head spa? I think so.
Anyway, the response was dishonest.
