N	N M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 〈事実〉自転車購入の相談に乗って頂いた際、大変好印象を抱いたため、この店での購入を最優先に検討していましたが、希望車種がレアなため仕入れが難しいとのことで、あえなくこの店での購入を断念しました。後日、自力調査で奇跡的に希望車種を発見したため、購入を決意。相談のお礼に訪ねたところ、突如不機嫌になり、無言で店の外に出て行かれました。本体でご縁がなかった分、せめてパーツ購入などで長いお付き合いを考えていただけに、手のひらをかえすような、残念な接客に怒りを通り越して、愕然としました。〈所感〉自転車を購入する時は、長期間悩みに悩み抜いて購入する方が大半だと思います。（私も悩んだあまり、ブランドに拘りもでてきて、取り扱い店舗を見つけるだけでも大変でした。）その中には、お店が気に入っても、やむなくご縁がなく断念される方もいるでしょう。そのような方に同様な接客を繰り返しているとすれば、ショックを受けた方もいるのではないかと類推します。今後、同じような体験をして欲しくないので、ご参考になれば幸いです。お店の発展にも期待をこめて　★1とします。 When I was asked to buy a bicycle, I was very impressed with it, so I thought about buying it at this store as the top priority, but it is difficult to purchase it because the desired model is rare, so I decided to do this.
