私のうまいモノの記憶はここから始まったといっても過言ではない！！
何でも江坂で一二を争う老舗なんだとか。
聞くところによると大将はどこかの一流料亭で修業を積まれたとか？
正直、いろんなメニューがありまして、大将ご自身も解らなくなっているほどだそうです。
そんな中で私のお勧めは「アサリの酒蒸し」「八宝菜」「土手焼き」そして「焼きおにぎり」と「味噌汁」です！！
非常にアッサリとした酒蒸しの出汁はお酒を飲んでいるときに腹に沁みます。
そして家庭的な味のする八宝菜！ なんだか懐かしい感じの味に妙に落ち着いてきます。
そしてこの店の土手焼きは白みそを使った甘めのお味。関西人には嬉しい逸品ですね！
最後に〆は、焼きおにぎりとみそ汁をいつも頼みます。
シンプルに醤油で焼いたおにぎりと、これまた白みそで、揚げと豆腐に若布の味噌汁はベストマッチ！
私は汚いと言われようと、必ず最後に焼きおにぎりを味噌汁にダイブさせて味噌汁ご飯にしてしまいます（笑）
ウマいんだこれが！！
ドラマに出てきそうな佇まいは入りにくいかもしれませんが勇気を出して入ってみてください！

The soup of the steamed sake is sour when you are drinking.
And Happo greens that taste like home! It will be strangely settled for a nostalgic taste.
The shop's Tote-yaki has a sweet taste using white miso. It's a great gem for Kansai people!
Lastly, the salmon always asks for grilled rice balls and miso soup.
Simple rice balls baked in soy sauce, white miso, deep-fried and tofu, and miso soup with young cloth is the best match!
Even if I'm told to be dirty, I will always dive the grilled rice balls into miso soup and make miso soup rice (laughs)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ もう15,6年通ってます。落ち着いた雰囲気で何を食べてもハズレ無し、美味いお店です。大将！ちょっとこれ揚げてとか焼いてってわがままを聞いてもらえる‼また焼酎の1升瓶ボトルキープとセット料金が安いってのが嬉しい良心的な良いお店です！
