私は仕事で上京しましたが、地元に帰ってきたら必ず食べに行きたくなる味とお店の雰囲気です。
人柄のいいお店の方達も私も随分歳を重ねましたが、中華鍋一つで華麗にあらゆる料理を仕上げる様は今も昔も健在です。重い中華鍋を振るって大変だとは思いますが、いつまでも続いて欲しいと思えるお店です。

I moved to Tokyo for work, but the taste and atmosphere of the store makes me want to eat when I return home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 豊津、江坂界隈の町中華の頂点と言っても過言ではないと思います。どのメニューもだいたい美味しくてボリームがあって安い！これにあぶらぎって汚いが加わるとスーパー町中華なんですが、最近本棚も整理されて少しスッキリしました。
回鍋肉のように湯通ししてから炒める野菜炒め定食600円は一品、漬物、スープがついて600円！化学調味料がキツくなく、塩加減が絶妙で醤油ベースの味付けが素敵です。
焼き飯は散髪屋さんの女主人曰くベチャベチャ系焼き飯の最高峰(agree)で、決してパラパラしてませんが理屈抜きで美味しいんです。食べきれずに持ち帰りにしておにぎりにして翌日食べると死ぬほど美味しいです。
1人で鍋を振られているので待つことまありますが、この店を愛する人はそんなこと気にしません。
ちなみに発泡酒も置いてます。

I have to wait because the pot is shaken by myself, but those who love this shop don't care about that.
