★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一周約1.8kmのジョギングコースがあり、私は、ウォーキングの途中にここに寄って、コースを一周回ってみたり、公園内のベンチに座ってサンドイッチなど食べて、気ままに過ごします。
中の芝の上にバスケットゴールも1台設置されていて、よく中学生くらいの仲間がバスケットをやっています。
すぐ近くに神戸国際大学付属高校があり、野球部の選手がダッシュなどトレーニングしてたりします。
秋も深まる頃、公園内に植えられた樹木が紅葉し、とても美しく、写真など撮りましたので、いっしょにアップします。

 There is a jogging course of about 1.8km around, and I stop here during walking to go around the course or sit on a bench in the park and eat sandwiches and spend my time at will.
There is also one basketball goal on the grass inside, and friends around junior high school often play basketball.
There is a high school attached to Kobe International University in the immediate vicinity, and baseball players train such as dashing.
As autumn deepens, the trees planted in the park turn red and are very beautiful. I took pictures, so I will upload them together.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 名前の通り、健康になれる公園だなと思いました。
自然が豊かでフットサル（人工芝）、サッカー（土）、テニス（オムニ）のコートがあり、ランニングのコースがあります。
特にサッカーコートの周りの桜並木は綺麗でお花見に最適です。
近くに老人ホームや障がい者施設があり、平日にはよく散歩に来られてます。
子供から年配の方まで楽しめる公園で良い場所だなと思います。
As the name suggests, I thought it was a park where you could be healthy.
Rich in nature, there are futsal (artificial turf), soccer (soil), tennis (omni) courts, and running courses.
In particular, the rows of cherry blossom trees around the soccer court are beautiful and ideal for cherry blossom viewing.
There are nursing homes and facilities for people with disabilities nearby, and I often come for a walk on weekdays.
I think it's a good place in the park that everyone from children to the elderly can enjoy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big public park. Large grass area, dirt soccer field, 4 tenis courts, running path, street and inline hockey rink, basketball court. Great to visit with children or for training. First hour of parking is free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there yesterday (26/03/2021) and it was so beautiful! It’s a very large park with many flowers so you can enjoy your spring time! There are 2 parking lot, I went to the one called “Tarumi Health Park Parking Lot” (垂水健康公園駐車場) which is free for 1 hour on week days!
