★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 雨の降ってた日、閉店間際に駆け込んだにもかかわらず、どのスタッフもとても対応がよかったです！また、お見送りも雨の中外まで出ていただき、申し訳ないと思うほどでした。
お菓子だけでなく、スタッフ一人一人のお客への対応がよかったです。年に2.3度しか行けませんが、これからも通います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここは太郎庵の本店ですので、よく利用しています。今日は、日曜日なので、普段よりお客さんが多かったです。そして以前より、国道49号線から、信号待ちをせずに、店舗に入りやすくなりましたね。また会津若松や喜多方にも店舗があり、微妙に、店舗により菓子に個性があるものを、違ったものを出している感じがします。もちろん共通した菓子も揃えていますが。

まず玄関口で待ち、前のお客が店内から退出したら呼ばれるシステムなのでしょうか。
1人で訪問した私が玄関で注意書きを確認し、玄関口で待ってました。中には夫婦(2人)でのお客さん。
私が待ってる間、店員さんは私を見たので認識した様子でしたが特に店員さんから何も言われなかったので、呼ばれるまで玄関口で待ってました。
中には2人、もし私が入店すれば合計3人。
店側では3人は密と判断しているのでしょう。
先程の夫婦が退出されたので、店員さんに案内されて入店。
ある程度かごに入れて、ショーケースのケーキ類を注文。店員さんが準備しているので会計を待っていると、さっきとは別の夫婦(2人)のお客さんが何事もなかったかのように即座に待つことなく平気で堂々と入店。
え？
店内に合計3人いることになるで？
ええんか？
注意書き読まなければ入ってもええんか？気づかんかった。ならええんか？
コロナ感染拡大を本当に抑えたいと思っているなら徹底してほしいものだ。
感染対策に関して世間の目を気にして、1人の客ごときは気にしない。感染対策を徹底してないならはじめから注意書き置くなよ。
この会社のとある方は、自分がここまで大きくしたかのような偉そうな方だし、社員を追い詰めて鬱気味にさせてるようだし、ケーキ等にのってるチェリーを普段はちゃんと廃棄してるのに使える間は次の日も使い回す。というような、関係者からは良い噂は一切聞かなかったので、良いイメージは元々ありません。

製作過程で出るスポンジなどのカットくずのようなものが袋詰めであるかと思ったのですが、置いてありませんでした。工場売店限定の商品はあります。工場見学は事前連絡すれば可能です。
店内には他の販売店とは違い工場での作業の様子がビデオ放映されていました。映像を見ていると生クリームの中に飛び込み腹いっぱい食べたくなってしまった。
駐車場脇には、小径のガーデニングがありましたので、こちらで購入したスイーツをいただきたいと思いました。
麦茶をいただけますが、でもコーヒーかなぁ。
