 Beef stew stewed for 3 days in consideration of temperature and humidity using a pressure cooker. I'm impressed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ディナーを頂きました。ちょっと他にはない丁寧な手作りの味です。外食の洋食にありがちな濃い味ではありません。メニューはコースのみ記載されていましたが、単品も対応頂けました。
I had dinner. It is a kind handmade taste that is unique. It is not the strong taste that is common in eating out Western food. Only the course was listed on the menu, but single items were also available.

予算は2000円前後は必要になるので、高め。
前菜、スープ、メインと順番に状況をみて提供してくれます。素材一つ一つが美味しかったです。
メニューの中でも高めのビーフシチューにしましたが、後悔のないお肉の美味しさがありました。
このレベルは自身では作れません。
食べていると思っているよりボリュームがあり満腹になりました。
デザートも付けてもらいましたが、全て美味しかったです。
特に仕切りなどで感染対策がされているわけではありませんでしたが、テーブル間隔がだいぶん離れていました。
ラフな服装で入れるけど、小さな子どもは利用できないとなっており、声も響くので、静かに食べる感じの店でした。混んでないのでゆっくりできました。

I put it in rough clothes, but it is not available for small children, and the voice echoes, so it was a restaurant that felt like eating quietly. It wasn't crowded so I was able to relax.
