夜営業の場合、周辺同業で5000円位のところを3000円前後で愉しんでもらうという考えだそうです。
かと言って、仕事に手抜きは無く、きれいな仕事をしています。
ただし、アルコール飲みが増えると同業店と同価格になる可能性もありますのでその辺りは注意が必要です。
小料理については、「その分、遊ばせてもらいます。自分の今食べたいものを作る」が考えらしいのですがこちらも手抜きはありません。
一見さんは入りにくいかもしれませんが、店構えに反して一度入れば溶け込みやすいお店です。
