★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車検に通らなかった修理箇所があり、検査場近くのこちらにダメ元で駆け込んでみたところ、すぐに物を取り寄せて修理してもらえました。
ここに来る前に2箇所の大手チェーンの車用品店兼整備工場に電話で問い合わせたところ、1件は部品はあるけどピットが3日後まで空きがなく、もう1件は部品がなく取り寄せて数日後になる、というお返事だったので、この日は諦めて後日再検査になるかというところでした。
社長さん、工場の方々もとても親切で、すぐに対応してくださり、本当に助かりました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 個人の依頼は後回し？純正品番対応社外品の取り付けを二度打診した処、「ネットで購入するのは良くない」「工賃は何処でも変わらない」「今立て込んでいるからすぐ出来ない」などやる気がないというか、遠まわしな嫌悪感が顕だった。法人相手の工場だから仕方がないと思いますが、それであれば最初から無理だと告げて欲しかった。公私共に、この工場とは生涯ご縁がないでしょう。マツダの正規販売店が快く引き受けてくれたのがせめてもの救い。
