The staff appreciates the kindness and politeness

As you can hear from the rumors, Tomi City is strict about the separation of garbage among the local governments. The local government (other prefectures) that I used to live in wasn't very noisy about the separation of trash, so the rules of separation in Tomi City seem to be annoying. I think that every local government is the same, but every year (every year) a garbage disposal calendar and, in some cases, a separate list is also distributed. Soon after I came to Tomi, I put out the trash on the list (single item within the specified size) on the specified day, but I was unable to bring it with a warning sticker. There are also other things that I haven't taken away even though I have sorted out and thrown away small trash. I heard that only acceptable items can be picked up on the spot if they are brought to the clean center during business hours. It is even more difficult to bring them in frequently, and disposal costs are also taken separately. For trash that was not taken, we finally consulted the Clean Center over the phone whenever there was a problem, and resolved it. People who always respond by phone are kind, polite and accurate, but they are confused because there are things that are actually classified differently even if you take out the trash as listed. There are many things that are not on the list, even though they are subdivided, so I would like them to provide (or send out) more detailed information for those who are not familiar with Tomi's garbage situation.
