Mr. Matsubara came to the store together with Mr. Gori who was enthusiastic about Gori three years ago. It became a program first two people trip. The catch, Chisako Onda, and the rakugo artist Shota Harufutei also visited the store during the location. I ordered iced coffee and a morning set (toast, salad) along with a delicious Teppanyaki meat spaghetti from the restaurant's signature menu. 北	北十字ハイドン on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中津川駅での約１時間の各駅停車の待ち合わせの時間を使って、町並み散策の折りに見つけたお店。昭和の香りを残す商店街の奥（西寄り？）にある小さな喫茶店。隣が『中津川宿往来庭』となにやら歴史の資料館かと思って入ったら、公衆トイレというユニークなのが、目印かも。ミートスパゲッティが推しらしかったので、お昼にそれ（とパインジュース）を選択しました。鉄板の上に乗せられて出てきたスパゲッティは、もちろん熱々。後半はお焦げ状態のところが香ばしかったです。ミートはトマトでごまかすことのない、本来のミートソース。とっても美味しくいただきました。ただ、後半、チーズ、黒胡椒、もしくはタバスコなどで味を変えられればと思いました。そのような香辛料のサービスがあれば文句なしです。ただ、黄身が生のままの目玉焼きが鉄板の乗せられてくるので、黄身が固まらないうちにスパゲッティに乗せると、後半、卵の黄身で味を変えて楽しめます。←私はこちらを試して、良かったです。今回は短い滞在時間で、昼食のための利用でしたが、ここならば３時の小腹を満たすにも最適かもしれません。中津川駅から10分弱歩きますが、行く価値はあると思います。地元の方が入れ替われ利用する、アットホームな雰囲気のお店でした。 A shop I found when I strolled around the streets using the waiting time of each station at Nakatsugawa station for about 1 hour. A small coffee shop in the back of the shopping district that retains the scent of the Showa era (westward?). If you think that the neighbor is "Nakatsugawajuku Oraiba", you might think that it is a historical museum, but the unique feature is the public toilet. The meat spaghetti seemed to me so I chose it (and pine juice) for lunch. Of course, the spaghetti that came out on the iron plate was hot. In the latter half, the burnt place was fragrant. Meat is the original meat sauce that does not cheat with tomato. It was very delicious. However, I wanted to change the taste with cheese, black pepper, or Tabasco in the latter half. There is no complaint if there is such a spice service. However, since the fried egg with raw yolk is placed on the iron plate, if you put it on spaghetti before the yolk has set, you can enjoy it by changing the taste with egg yolk in the latter half. ← I tried this and it was good. This time it was a short stay, and it was used for lunch, but if it is here it may be the best to fill the stomach at 3 o'clock. I walk a little less than 10 minutes from Nakatsugawa station, but I think it's worth a visit. It was a shop with a homely atmosphere, where the locals were used interchangeably.

み	みるみる on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナ禍の緊急事態宣言中でしたので、イートインはできず、テイクアウトで名物ミートスパゲティをお持ち帰り。中津川に来た時は必ず寄る大好きなお店です。 I couldn't eat in because I was in the state of emergency of Corona, so I took out the famous meat spaghetti. It's a favorite shop that I always stop by when I come to Nakatsugawa.

髑	髑髏よし江 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022年3月20日(日)訪問しましたテレビで紹介されていてミートソースがとても気になったので行ってみました。そして、ミートソース丼を頂きました独特の見た目のミートソースがたっぷりかけられていて目玉焼きのアクセントも良かったです。お味の方は、しっかりお肉の旨みが感じられてトマトの酸味が少し効いていてあっさりしててシンプルな味でしたホントあっさりしてるのでどんどん食べれてしまう感じです大盛りにしたけどちょっと足りませんでした特盛りがあってもいいかも(笑) このシンプルさが長年愛される理由の味なのかなと思いました。そしてお土産のレトルトのミートソースも販売されていたのでちゃっかり購入させて頂きました(笑) 3月いっぱいまでテイクアウトのみとの事でも安心して下さい食べれる場所があるんです！お店の向いに中津川郵便局が有ります郵便局の反対側に公園が有りますベンチもたくさん有りますし近くに自販機も有りますからたまにはお外で食べるのもおいしいですよ大変美味しゅうございました。 Visited on Sunday, March 20, 2022 The meat sauce that was introduced on TV I was very curious, so I went.
