★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 祖父の転院を申し出たところ、当日の夜に連絡があり、祖父の面倒は(入院中の)今夜からもうみないので、転院までの間は家族が勝手に世話をして下さいと言われました。転院する患者への嫌がらせでしょうか。非常に残念です。

激しい下痢と腹痛でかかった時、他の病院では整腸剤で様子見だけでしたが、便検査等やってくれた為原因がはっきりわかってよかったです。混んでいます。

しかし、それを全てかき消すくらい受付の対応が非常に悪い。特に金髪？銀髪？の若作りのお姉ちゃんが酷すぎる。何様なの？ってくらい態度悪くて不愉快でした。他のメンツも含め事務処理のミスも多い。
先生と看護師さんがとても良い方々だけにかなり勿体ない。
非常に良い病院だからこそ、受付の微妙なメンツを一新して欲しい。
不景気だし、募集すれば医療事務くらいもっとマシなの見つかるのでは？笑
