★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 週に1,2回行っています。屋内プールは水深1.15〜1.35mの25メートルプールと水深0.75mのサブプールがあり、採暖室を備えています。サブプールで準備運動❓してから25mプールに入って歩いたり泳いだりして運動しています。
7月1日〜8月31日の夏季シーズンは屋外の水深0.9mの流水プールがオープンし、屋内、屋外を行き来できます。
温水の時期は大人一回500円定期券3000円で、夏季は大人一回300円定期券券はありません。私は１１枚綴りの回数券を利用しています。
色々な水泳教室やサークルなどもあります。
65歳からはシルバー料金になるのですごく安くてお得です。
