子どもたちもリフレッシュできるしいい休憩になります。実は近くに児童館もあるのでファミリーは合わせて利用すると言いかもしれませんよ

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車が入ってくることもなく、木陰も多いので小さい子供を遊ばせるにはとても良い公園です。山崎川沿いの遊歩道もいい雰囲気で、桜の名所なので桜の季節は格別です。
また、川の反対側は名古屋市大学の乗馬部があり、たまに馬を見ることもできたりして、これまた小さい子供には嬉しいかも。
There is no car coming in, and there are many shades of trees, so it is a very good park for small children. The promenade along the Yamazaki River has a nice atmosphere and is a famous spot for cherry blossoms, so the cherry blossom season is exceptional.
Also, on the other side of the river is the riding club of Nagoya City University, where you can sometimes see horses.

田辺公園はパロマ瑞穂アリーナ（瑞穂公園体育館)の愛称が公募で決まりました。
位置的には山下通を北へ500メートル位、市大薬学部の南隣です。
以前は高~いネットフェンスに囲まれた市民が野球やテニス、バトミントン等と自由に利用してました。現在は立派な体育館が完成しようとしています。一階に第２、第３競技場。二階に第一競技場それに会議室を備えているそうです。
完成は2021年６月2月6日、一般利用抽選申込みは1月4日です。
2026年にアジア競技大会が開催されるそうで、それに向かって瑞穂公園全体の大改修工事が計画されているそうです。それの第一弾で、瑞穂グランドの建替えも決まっています。国の施策に依り[ふる里の川]に選ばれて莫大なお金を掛けて、大改修された［山崎川]の四季の道に面しています。四季の道をランニングコースとしての要望が有るそうですが、とんでも無いことと思います。朝の暗い時から、夜遅くまで市民が歩いてします。高齢の方々も、ヨチヨチ歩きの赤ちゃんもです。そんな、すぐ横をモースピードで通り抜けられたら、危なくて憩いの場とは程遠い物となってしまいます。この場を借りて、一言余分なことをごめんなさい。

The nickname of Paloma Mizuho Arena (Mizuho Park Gymnasium) has been decided by open call for participants in Tanabe Park.
It is located about 500 meters north of Yamashitatori, next to the south of the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, City University.

公園はよいが、川との間に遊歩道があり、そこを自転車やランナーが結構な速度で走っているため、敷地からでてしまうととても危険。
公園としては☆5ですが立地でマイナス。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021年9月；現在一部が工事中です。また、朝ラジオ体操している人が、公園内だけでなく緑道まで占拠するので、散歩のときも時間に注意が必要です。

山崎川もすぐ目の前にあり、木がたくさんあって、真夏でも他の公園より涼しいです。
横長の造りの公園で、子供達で賑わってます。
