k	ken chiba (ちば県。) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 旅行の行程で昼食時に久慈市を訪れた時に訪問。折角の旅行なのでご当地を探していましたが、この周辺はチェーン店は有るものの、何が有名なのか分からなかったので調べてみると「短角牛」というブランド牛が候補に挙がりました。そこで地元の方の評判も良いこちらに行く事に。こちらのお店は田村牧場という牧場の直営店という事でかなり期待出来ます。ランチタイムのオススメは「短角牛ハンバーグランチ」９８０円。ソースは山ぶどうソース、しそおろしポン酢、オリジナルソースの３種類から選べますが、オーソドックスにオリジナルソースをチョイス。ハンバーグは肉汁たっぷりでジューシー、たまねぎなど他の具材はあまり入っていない様子で肉本来の旨味が楽しめ、ソースも肉との相性、抜群です。このハンバーグにご飯、みそ汁、サラダ、ソフトドリンクが付いて９８０円はお値打ちじゃないでしょうか？短角牛を使ったランチメニューは他にカレーライスが有りますが、肉の味を楽しむならハンバーグがオススメです。 Visited when I visited Kuji City at lunch during the trip. The recommended lunch time is "Tankaku beef hamburger lunch" at 980 yen. You can choose from three types of sauce, mountain grape sauce, shiso grated ponzu, and original sauce, but choose the original sauce for orthodox. The hamburger is full of gravy and does not contain other ingredients such as juicy or onion, so you can enjoy the original taste of the meat and the sauce goes well with the meat. This hamburger is served with rice, miso soup, salad and soft drink, and 980 yen is a good value. There is another curry rice for the lunch menu that uses Tankaku beef, but hamburg is recommended if you want to enjoy the taste of meat.
