土	土沢英良 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とにかく店のご主人・おかみさんの人柄がいい。パンの種類も店構えに比べて多く、ミルクパンなどの手間のかかるものも手を抜かずに朝早くから夜遅くまで仕込みをされている。クリスマスなどの時期はドイツの郷土料理であるアイスバイン（予約制）を作ってくださったりする。食パンに塗る、ピーナッツバターの類はご主人のアイデアで、さまざまなものが店に並ぶ。（時期によって並ぶものが替わる。）店の中は近隣のパステル画の同好会のメンバーが描いた絵がかけられていて、ご主人とおかみさんお二人の人柄もあり、気持ちがいい空間になっている。ここは大安場古墳にも近いので、ラスクの類は古墳の形をしている。但し、前方後円墳型。それも面白い。こういう地域に根ざした小さなパン屋さんがあるのに、なぜヨークベニマルはすぐ近くの金屋ヨークタウンにパン屋さんを入れたのか？そういう地域破壊型の再開発も解せなくなるぐらい、やさしいパン屋さんです。 Anyway, the personality of the owner of the store, the mother, is good.
