接客は丁寧です。
ピット作業の立ち会い説明もあり作業場も整理整頓され掃除も行き届いてました。
作業内容もこちらの要望も聞いてくれ親切です。
ただ外したタイヤやボンネットを閉める時は少し雑かなと感じました。
数をこなすので仕方ないでしょうが改善の余地はあると感じました。
I came to the store for a one-year inspection.
The customer service is polite.
There was also a witness explanation of the pit work, and the workplace was tidy and well cleaned.
It is kind to listen to the work contents and requests here.
However, when I closed the removed tires and bonnet, I felt it was a little rough.
I can't help it because I manage the number, but I felt that there was room for improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ９時開店で開店と同時にお邪魔しましたが、開店直後にもかかわらずスタッフさんが全員バリバリ仕事に取り組んでいて、やる気しか感じられないようなお店です。
ディーラーにも行ったことはありますが、上から目線のロクに知識もないスタッフしかいませんでした。速太郎さんを見習ってほしいものです。
いつも犬を連れて行くのですが、嫌な顔もせずに待ち時間で敷地内を散歩させてもらってます。さすがに店内には入れませんが。
車検とオイル交換を毎回こちらでやってもらってます。車検予約の特典でオイル交換がめちゃくちゃ安くできます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車検で来ました。スタッフの皆さんに最初から最後までとても丁寧な対応をしていただきました。車検だけど待ち時間は短いので、特に問題なければ店内でのんびり待っていたらすぐに終わります。なかなか休みが取れない自分には１時間程で終わるのはとても助かります。
