★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ごく一部の配達員ですが、郵便局の配達員のイメージを下げる方が数名おります。
今年だけで３件問題がありました。
１件目は、スピード違反・煽り運転・ハイビームしながらの運転（添付した画像のバイク）ということで命に係わるレベルの問題でしたので本部に通報させて頂きました。
２件目も、猛スピードで走ってきたくせに、私が車を出そうとしたら邪魔されたとガンを飛ばしてきた色黒の中年の配達員。こちらも、バイクのナンバーは控えており、カーナビのデータもとっておりますが、一度は多めにみて通報はやめておきました。
３件目は、職場に来る配達員。
小太りの中年の男性。挨拶をしない、不愛想、郵便物をお願いしようとすると何かしら理由を付けて受け取らない。
勿論、一生懸で命親切な配達員さんもおります。遅い時間にいつも車で配達してくださる具志堅さん風なパンチパーマの男性の方、稀な女性の配達員は皆挨拶もしっかりしていて好印象です。
ただ、上記の３名の従業員がいるだけで、正直全体のイメージも非常に悪くなってしまいます。
配達も忙しく、特に時間に追われている時はイライラする気持ちもわかりますが、プロ意識をもって働いて頂きたいです。
しっかりスタッフの教育の方をよろしくお願いいたします。
 There are only a few delivery staff, but there are a few who lower the image of the delivery staff at the post office.
There were three problems this year alone.
The first case was a life-threatening problem due to speed violation, driving while driving, and driving while high beam (motorcycle in the attached image), so I notified the headquarters.
In the second case, a dark-skinned middle-aged deliveryman who shot a gun saying that I was disturbed when I tried to get out of the car, even though I was running at a tremendous speed. Again, I have a copy of the number of the motorcycle and I also have the data of the car navigation system, but once I saw it a lot, I stopped reporting.
The third is a deliveryman who comes to work.
A fat middle-aged man. If you don't say hello, are unfriendly, or ask for mail, you won't receive it for any reason.
Of course, there are also delivery staff who are hard and kind. Men with punch perms like Gushiken, who always deliver by car at late hours, and rare female delivery staff all have good greetings, which is a good impression.
However, just having the above three employees makes the overall image of honesty very bad.
Delivery is busy, and I find it frustrating, especially when I'm busy with time, but I would like you to work professionally.
We would appreciate if you could educate the staff.
