n	nabechan2116 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 出雲地方が誇る温泉どころ玉造地区に構える布志名焼の窯元で、三代目の福間琇士氏と庸介氏親子が作陶に勤しんでいる。地元の来待石を用いた来釉や独特の発色を持つ海鼠釉、そしてスリップウェアと様々な色合いのうつわを作っている。また、エッグベーカーが数多の雑誌で取り上げられるなど、全国区で高い人気を誇っている。風情のある木造建築の中に入ると、これでもかというくらい器に満ちあふれている。マグカップ、皿、湯呑み、酒器、さらには抹茶碗と…まさに宝の山に出会ったかのような気持ちになる。また、都会の民芸店や通販では買えないだろう一点物も豊富で、訪れる価値は大いにある(筆者も一点物の高杯を購入)。ここのエッグベーカーを愛でたと云われる、棟方志功氏の版画やさらには陶画を目にすることができ、民芸好きにはたまらない場所である(栞や紙袋も棟方志功氏の版画が用いられている)。本来なら星5にしたいが、訪れたこの日は作家さんが不在。女将さんと思しき年配の女性の接客はよかったが、作品ひとつひとつについて具に伺うことができなかったので、あえてこの点数にしておく。ｰｰｰ追記ｰｰｰ後日作品について問い合わせたところ、作者から分かる範囲ご説明をいただいた。電話越しの声から重ねた年輪の重みを感じた。電話を切る間際、くりかえし「ありがとうございます」と言うのが頭から離れなかった。こちらこそ素晴らしい作品ありがとうございました。 At the kiln of Fujina ware, which is located in the Tamazo district, which is the hot spring area that the Izumo region is proud of, the third generation, Mr. Ryushi Fukuma and Mr. Yosuke, are working on pottery.
