★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 商品注文書に鉛筆で掠った跡があっただけで、注文していない商品が到着。連絡して女性の方は「確かに掠っただけとも取れるし数字のようにも取れる、、」らしき言葉でお返事でしたが後から男性から連絡あって話も聞かずに、どんな風に書いてあったか？何の確認も取れないまま「返品できません！」の一言。全く心無い対応に、もうco-opは止めようと思います。星１つも付けたく無いです。
An unordered item arrived just because there was a pencil mark on the item order form. When I contacted the woman, she replied with a word that seemed to say, "It's true that you can get it just by blurring it, and you can get it like a number." Was it written? A word of "I can't return it!" Without any confirmation. I'm going to stop co-op for a completely unpleasant response. I don't want to add even one star.
