★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 母の誕生日にアンコウ鍋と握りのランチを頂きました。普段のランチと違い敷居が高く感じ値段も高いだけあって新鮮で甘くてとても美味しかったです。
I had an angler pot and a handful of lunch for my mother's birthday. Unlike the usual lunch, the threshold was high and the price was high, so it was fresh, sweet and very delicious.

料理も美味しく食べました。

平日のお昼時に寄ったので、空いててゆっくり過ごせました。
松竹梅ある刺身定食の松を選択。
お連れ様は、握りセットと鉄火丼と鰹のお造り。
ま、良い意味で予想外でした。
まさか、市原の何でもない通りにある寿司処で、良い物に出会えるとは。
刺身定食は、
イカが臭みが無く、程よい弾力。
ハマチも赤貝も非常に美味しかったです。
マグロが驚きました。
専門をうたってる店でも、そんなに言う程？って感じで、そんなに好きではないのですが、花庄さんのマグロは全然臭みが無く、旨みだけを味わえる感じでした。
鰹もビックリ。
初鰹ってサッパリし過ぎて、戻り鰹派だったのですが、この初鰹が柔らかくて旨みが有って、ホントに美味しかった。
花庄さんのお刺身は、全部臭みが無く新鮮さも感じるだけでなく、包丁の入れ方にも違いが有るのか？と素人なりに感じる程でした。
お寿司やさんって、中々評価が難しく、ドングリの背比べ状態だと思うのですが、私の中では一つ頭でた思いです。
銚子や房総のお気に入りの美味しい刺身定食達と
