★ ★ ★ ★ ★ マーチングバンドへの強制加入あり。保護者からの寄付金の行方が不透明です。一般的には植樹や遊具購入等の記録がありますが、そういった説明なども全くありません。宗教法人や個人に寄付金が流れているようでしたら大問題です。田舎では保育園を選べないので仕方なく入園する人には大変かもしれませんね
There is compulsory joining to the marching band. The whereabouts of donations from parents are unclear. Generally, there are records such as tree planting and purchase of play equipment, but there is no such explanation at all. It is a big problem if donations are flowing to religious corporations or individuals. It may be difficult for people who can not help choosing a nursery school in the countryside.
