返却の際、店頭で店員が来るまで待たされること10分以上、そこからさらに待ってろと言われる始末。待ってるのをチラ見してくるくせに 少々お待ちください の一言もなし、要件だけを聞くなどの対応もなし。これが1番胸くそ悪い。
撮影の予約があるのはわかるが、時間で返却の人がくることがわかってる上で人員のスケジューリング出来てないのは、経営としてどうかと思う。
 There are too many actions that I don't understand in various ways.
When returning, you have to wait for the clerk to come at the store for 10 minutes or more, and then you are told to wait further. Please wait for a while even though you are waiting for a glance. There is no response such as listening only to the requirements. This is the worst thing.
I understand that there is a reservation for shooting, but I think it is a management problem that I can not schedule the personnel because I know that people will return in time.
