 The broadcast in the hall is too big and annoying the neighborhood. Also, the words and actions of the director-like people toward the children are intimidating and worrisome.

学童は 館長が ダメ。無責任です。若いスタッフが 全員いなくなった。若いスタッフを大事にしない。
It's old, but we do various events. Halloween parties are very popular.
The school director is no good at the director. It is irresponsible. All the young staff are gone. Do not take care of young staff.
