室長さんも先生方も子供としっかり向き合ってくれるので、普段は全てお任せ状態です。
テスト前はもちろん、普段の勉強のやり方もその子に合わせて計画して進めてくれるので、『これぞ個別の良さ』という感じの塾です。
お任せ状態ですが、定期的に私たちへの確認や話も聞いてくれるのでとても安心して任せられます。
室長さんもとても話しやすい方で、何でもすぐに対応してくれます。塾全体の雰囲気も良いと思います。
とにかく娘が楽しく通わせて頂いていて、勉強もしっかり見てくれるので助かっています。
