餃子は食べやすくてうまし。
2回に渡り訪問できたのでチャーハン、酸辣湯麺、広東麺、回鍋肉も食す。
麺類の具材はエビやイカ、椎茸、キクラゲが入っておりボリューム満点。
割高だが男性には嬉しい量だと思う。

まずは基本のチャーハン(大)と餃子をいただきました。チャーハンはパラッパラに炒めあげられていて、グリーンピース、コーン(!)、カニカマ(!!)などが入った、これぞ町中華という大好きな味。うん、これこれ！中華街とかの高い店のとはまた違う、安心できる旨さ！
餃子もニラニンニクが香ばしくうまいウマイ。次は王虎麺か担々麺に挑戦しようっと。
２回目。予定どおり王虎麺(わんふーめん)をいただきました。
辛味噌挽肉が乗ったピリ甘辛のスープは担々麺とも違うコクのある旨さ。おいしいおいしい！

師傅做菜十分講究，不緊不慢，一菜一做，悠然自得。因此可能需要時間和心情上的充裕。
