At first, I thought that the wind from the air outlet would blow right below, but it has a mechanism that can distribute the wind to four directions (I was worried that the wind would always hit when sleeping, but I tried living. [Soundproofing] Although no particular soundproofing measures have been taken, the sound played by the piano installed in the hall on the second floor was audible outside. In addition, I don't mind the sound of cars passing through the street. I'm not sure if it's a brick, but I feel it's soundproofing. [Tax] I was thinking that the property tax on the brick wall would be high, but I asked a city official who came to the survey if the brick was highly evaluated, and Nuance said that it would be a little positive for the evaluation.
