★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 会社の振込先がたましんだったことから、キャッシュカードを作りに行くと、執拗にvisaカードの機能がついたカードを勧められ、自分自身審査は通らないことを分かっていたので断ったのですが、3回程勧められたので仕方なく手続きをしました。
結果はもちろん、審査は通らずキャッシュカードを発行するという事が手紙で届きましたが、いくら経ってもキャッシュカードはこず、たましんに連絡すると審査が通っていない事も知らないどころかいつ発行されるかもわからない始末。
電話を切り30分程すると責任者らしき男の人から電話で、「こちらのケアレスミスで手続きをしていなかったのでこれからします。」とのこと。なんでも、対応をしていなかったみたいです。
みなさんも対応をされない事があるかもしれません。気をつけてください。
