Good place ・ It was cheap ・ It was close ・ It was kind ・ A nice house was built Bad place ・ The data we had last meeting was gone ・ A bathtub with different colors and materials was installed. ・ I ordered a gas water heater from Paloma, but Rinnai was installed. ・ I was asked to reinforce the wall where the air conditioner was planned to be installed, but it was said that there was no reinforcement at the time of actual installation, and when I was asked to hit it to confirm, the reinforcement was in a place other than the meeting. ・ At the time of the loan contract, the required documents were incorrect. ・ Since I was always informed of the necessary documents just before, I could never prepare it unless my mother-in-law went to the office on weekdays. ・ I told him that I wanted a schedule, but I didn't get it until the end. ・ After the demolition, the construction did not start easily, and it seemed that I could not make it in time for the move-in time that was announced at the time of the contract, so I was in trouble because I had to extend the temporary housing for another month. ・ I managed to make it in time by checking the owner and moving on weekdays, but I couldn't take time off from work, so it was a lot of stress and exhaustion. ・ Exterior work was not in time for moving in ・ When I was asked to look for a temporary housing, I was told that I had a cat, but I was introduced to a place where pets are not allowed, and I could not find a substitute property by the time it was demolished, so in the end I left the cat to an acquaintance for half a year. Very troubled ・ I undertook the procedures for living benefits and property tax, but I haven't heard from him since then, so I still don't know what to do. ・ I don't know how much it cost in the end because I haven't received the breakdown statement etc. General comment I think the cost performance was good, but I suffered mentally, so it's hard to recommend it to others. If you have knowledge of tax, finance, architecture and real estate and can take a rest anytime on weekdays, I think that you can build a house without much trouble, so I recommend it.

Correspondence is terrible. I built a house here, but the person in charge is too terrible. To be honest, I can't recommend it. I don't know because I haven't dealt with other people, but our staff didn't respond very much to the request, and I built it as a good cospa, but I regret it a lot. I should have checked a little more various construction shops and housing manufacturers. Aftercare after building is too sloppy, so I can't really recommend it. If you are considering building here, you may want to take a closer look at the person in charge.
