対応がとても良く隣の舞台八幡様と一緒に頂きました。

由緒
御冷泉天皇の時代天喜四年（１０５７）陸奥に乱が起こり陸奥守鎮守府将軍源頼義が勅命をうけ出発の際、河内の国河内郡平岡八幡宮に祈り神幣を勧請して奥州名取郡舞台の地に八幡大神を奉りその所在地を平岡村と称し、ここを本営として武運長久のため誓願しその成就するに至り、本社を造営し平岡村舞台八幡宮とし尊祟した
永禄二年（１５６０）に北目城主粟野氏が再興し、明治五年村社となる。その後二度の火災に遭ったが明治二三年（１８８８）長町西浦の蛸薬師堂境内に再建され、更に昭和一四年照研稲荷神社の社殿並びに石灯籠御手洗等の寄進があり本殿を奉還し両神社を合祀し拝殿の御造営を成し遂げる。
現在では緒願成就などの大神として極めて篤い崇敬信仰を受けている

History
The Emperor's Era Tenki Fourth Year (1057) When the turbulence occurred in Mutsu, the Mutsumori guardian general Shogun Gen Yoriyoshi was desperately departed and solicited prayer to Hiraoka Hachimangu Shrine in Kawauchi, Oku Natori Hachiman Okami was dedicated to the stage, and the location was called Hiraoka Village.
In the second year of Nagatoro (1560), Kitano Castle Lord Sagano revived and became the Meiji Five Years Village Company. After two fires, it was rebuilt in the precincts of the Yakushishido in Nishiura, Nagamachi (1888), and the main shrine was repatriated in 1944 with contributions from the Shrine Inari Shrine and the stone lantern Mitarai. Combine the two shrines and complete the construction of the worship hall.
Currently, he has received an extremely revered faith as a great god of fulfillment

今は書き置きの御朱印がいただけます。
隣の八幡神社の方も同じ社務所でいただけます(各初穂料 ３００円)。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こじんまりした神社ですがこの地域の氏神様で、初詣、どんと祭、お祭りの際はとても賑わいます。
春は桜も綺麗で毎年楽しみです。
